Naruto is back home after two years of training. He first gives the
impression that he's changed and grew up, but it doesn't take long to
see that his personality is still the same. Anyways, he learns that
while he was gone, everyone was also working hard. They all advanced to
the higher ranks of being a ninja and Naruto still has to get that
promotion. He's a little disappointed about it, but gets over it. The
majority of the volume is Naruto catching up with everyone. Also there
is a big battle between Gaara and the Akatsuki. Gaara looks like he is
winning, but by playing dirty the Akatsuki is the true victor and
kidnaps Gaara. The sand village has no choice but to contact their ally
for help. Naruto and his team show up only to learn that their help is
needed more than anything. There is more that I skipped over because I
don't feel like looking up the names of characters. You are free to read
the series. You will not be disappointed. I know I'm not so far.
