I actually finished this book yesterday but I was tired from work and didn't get a chance to post an update. This book is a really good book to learn about someone in a different country and the struggles they went through. The author even tried to marry her boyfriend of two years to find out that it wasn't going to work for her. Of course it was all because she needed to survive in her home country. A lot of freedom was taken from the woman in her country and she didn't find it fair. At the end she decides that she needed a place where she could be herself and not fear being arrested for it. So in a way the story ended on a happy note depending on how you look at it. I guess it could be a sad ending because she had to leave her family behind once again. I liked the story and learning about the author's culture and history. Sadly, there isn't much to say about the story due to the fact that it is a graphic novel.
