Started reading One Tiny Lie by K.A. Tucker

Hey there Bookies,

I know that you are thinking that I'm not wasting any time when it comes to starting a new book. But I'm seriously behind and have some serious catching up to do. I'm still blaming BAP for that. Darn them and their cuteness. Anyways, this is the sequel to Ten Tiny Breaths. I literally only read two pages so far and I can tell that it takes place in the little sister's point of view. That is about it. That is all I got from the book. I haven't read the back or anything. It obviously a habit I have yet to form in the future. I tried it once though and I don't even remember the book I read. I honestly don't remember the first book to this series. Okay maybe a little. I think. But I'm leaving it at that. I have reading to do.

So until next time.........

Finished reading The Ruby Circle

Hey there bookies,

I have to admit that I couldn't put the book down after the first half. A lot happens to the point that it makes you not want to look away. Its like an epic battle in a really good action movie or TV series. But I do have to admit the I had to take some breaks. Only because I had lack of sleep from reading so much. Anyways, our characters put their plan into action to finally figure out where Jill is being hidden. Sydney almost blew it, but with her quick thinking she was able to overcome a big obstacle. All the while Adrian had his own work cut out questioning Sydney's old enemy. Also maybe finally getting a huge secret off his chest. All in all they get what they need to save Jill. So after facing a few more obstacles, they were able to save Jill. And, Adrian was able to keep his sanity in the process. Well barely. But pretty much everyone ends up getting a happy ending. Yay! I am to say that I'm a little sad to see this series go. I enjoyed it greatly, but all good things must come to an end as they always say. Now its time for me to go off to my next book.

So until next time.........

Reading The Ruby Circle part 2

Hey there Bookies,

I'm pretty sure I'll have the book done by the end of the night, but I'm no close enough right now to make a last post. So you guys might get lucky and actually get a post where I actually finish the book. I can't remember the last time I did a post like that. Anyways, the book is getting really good. The hunt for Jill is still on going, but they found Olive. Only finding Olive raised a few questions that need to be answered. Hopefully before the book is finally over or I'll be praying for another run off series so I can get the answers. Anyways, they find out that there are more people involved in this whole kidnapping Jill thing. But that is only because the one who originally grabbed her, handed her off to someone else. Now they have to still figure out where Jill is by doing somethings they just don't want to do. Lets all hope that it works out in the end and we get some answers from the questions that keep coming up.

So until next time......

Reading The Ruby Circle

Hey there Bookies,

So I'm a third of the way in the book. I would be farther if I wasn't also juggling my writing. Also I'm working on getting my business in motion. So much to do and so little time.

Anyways, the book is getting really good. The main conflict is finding Jill who has gone missing. And its all a game to lure Sydney out of hiding. Which works in a way because only Sydney can detect certain things in their little treasure hunt. But finding Jill isn't the only person they need to find, they also have to find Olive. The sister of one of Adrian's fellow spirits users. But I just finished the part where they find out why she was hiding in the first place. Also I already know who took Jill. But I'm not going to tell you guys because that would ruin the whole entire book. Lets just say that Olive wasn't out alone in some tower, and Jill got taken by one of Sydney's former enemies. The book is getting really good and I'm not even halfway. But I guess that is expected because if I remember correctly, this is the last book in the series. Such a shame.

So until next time.....

Started reading The Ruby Circle

Hey there Bookies,

I'm officially done with Red Queen. And, I will have to say that the ending was really intense. Anyways, that isn't what this post is about. Its about The Ruby Circle. The final installment of the Bloodlines series. I wonder what other books I can read by Richelle Mead, you guys should tell me and I'll check it out. Anyways, I finished this series off with Sydney and Adrian getting married. If you didn't know that, I'm sorry for the spoiler. I try to avoid those as much as possible. But now the two lovebirds have to adjust to married life and Sydney has to get used to her new life of being stared at and judged. That is all I got. I just started this book and I'm only like three pages in. I don't even know what the main conflict is, but I do know that it has something to do with the alchemists. Only because Sydney escaped from them in the last book. Also Jill is missing. I can't remember how it happened, but I'm sure this book will remind me.

That's all for now. So until next time.......

Almost done reading Red Queen

Hey there Bookies,

It seems that I'm coming to an end with the book and it saddens me deeply. I really do mean it. The book was really good and I look forward to reading the second one. Even though I haven't fully finished the book, this will be my last post about it. I only have few chapters left and I still don't know which prince she is going to pick. I have an idea, but I'm not a hundred percent sure. Also I haven't gotten to the part where the title plays a part. Just little jokes saying that it would be something if she became queen and would be known as the Red Queen. For all I know the title only fits in at that point in the book. Who knows? I have to finish the book to find out. But none the less, I highly recommend the book if you haven't read it yet. I knew there was a reason I was dying to read it. I was not disappointed. Also I believe there is going to be a big cliff hanger at the end of the book. I just feel it in my bones.

So until next time.....

Update time.....

Hey there Bookies,

I thought I would do a little post telling you all wants going on in my life. Okay, I'm really just here to tell you about the videos I know I promised to make. Right now my self-esteem is pretty low and I don't think I look good enough to be on camera. To be honest I never really looked good on camera in like ever. But I did try to make videos and photos for all of you to see my pretty face. Sadly I didn't like how I looked, so I deleted them all. Sorry about that. But I will try again later.

Also to all of you checking out Donny on the website I posted during my last update. It was very much appreciated, but I have a feeling its not going to win the contest this time around either. I know the reason why. The book is missing something and I'm not sure what it is. It just didn't have that dramatic pull that I was going for. My mom won't even look at it to help me find that missing piece that would make the story great. But if you want to check it out and read my other works, check out the link below.

Thats all I pretty much have for now. I wish there was more to talk about, but there isn't really anything when you live in a small town. But thanks again for checking out my writing, it means a lot to me. Also thanks for all the support on here when I was pretty much in a deep slump. I'll try not to fall into another one again.

So until next time.......

Reading Red Queen part 2

Hey there Bookies,

The book is getting really interesting now. There are so many challenges our leading lady has to face. Including a vengeful silver that she nearly blew up on accident on her first night in the palace. This vengeful soul is the future queen and is out for Mare's blood. Apparently the little girl needs to learn to let some things go and realize that she isn't all high and mighty like she is led to believe. Anyways, I'm really enjoying the book. It gets even interesting when our leading lady joins the cause for her people's freedom and discovers an unlikely ally. But I sense a romance forming. Sad thing is I am not sure which brother its with. The future king or the one she is supposedly engaged to. Guess I just have to read more to find out. I just wish the book didn't lie to me and say I'm only halfway. I'm clearly farther then that.

So until next time........

Reading Red Queen

Hey there Bookies,

I'm only a quarter of the way through the book and I thought I would leave a little post for all of you. Why? Because I'm nice and have nothing else to do since wrapping up my latest story is nearly impossible right now. Anyways, I'm highly enjoying the book. I find it very interesting with the different classes and how they are treated differently. Only because one group is stronger then the other. But For a while I was wondering when she was going to reveal this supposed power that gets her into a big mess. Yes, I read what the book was about. Shocker. But that is besides the point. The point is that she has a supernatural power that shouldn't even exist because she isn't a silver blood. By the way I think the silver bloods are actually aliens that came to our planet. Only because the book says they came from the stars and have silver blood with special powers. In other words, aliens. Anyways, our main character Mare reveals she has a special power. Tries to escape but fails because of her lover boy catching her. She wakes up, finds out she has to live a whole new life and never see her family again. Sad face. Oh Cal, what did you get out leading lady into? And it was only because you wanted to help her and her family out.

So until next time.......

Started reading Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

Hey there Bookies,

Sorry to say I had to return Discovery of Witches because it was due and I couldn't check it out anymore. So I have to wait for the library to check it back in before I can check it back out. This is going to take a few days. Anyways, I figured I would read the book that I bought while I was in Baltimore. It was either this one or Colleen Hoover's new book, but my mother had the last word. Darn her for being in control of my finances.

Anyways, I started reading the book and my first impression is that I am really going to get pulled into this book. Two chapters in and I can already see why there was so much hype about this book. Also have just been dying to read it. All I know so far is that there are two classes the red blood and the silver bloods. One group is controlled by the other because the one doing the controlling is the stronger with supernatural abilities. But I'm curious on how this book is going to go. I'm pretty sure I'll be halfway through in no time. It didn't take me long to read two chapters because I don't want to put the book down.

So until next time........

I'm still here

Hey there Bookies,

Sorry for not posting in what feels like forever. As you all know I'm currently on vacation in Baltimore, Maryland. But since its our last full day here and my mom is currently sound asleep, I figured I do a small update. Just to show you all that I'm still alive.

There are a few things that I have been doing besides reading and enjoying the city life. I have actually joined a site where I can share my stories. One was even entered in a contest. You can check it out here: https://www.inkitt.com/lysrobison?ref=v_1016b60d-fd7e-4144-94c3-f00cdf85baef
All the stories I'm currently working on are there. Also give Donny some extra love since that is the book in the contest. Most views and likes wins.

But I am going to head out. I am going to write a few chapters and listen to music. Reading will be done when I'm on the plane tomorrow.

So until next time.......
